Schedule a register operation to all configured LwM2M servers. If the server is already registered, a registration update will be scheduled instead.

Only used for LWM2M_CARRIER_SOFTBANK and LWM2M_CARRIER_GENERIC. This is necessary if lwm2m_carrier_config_t::disable_auto_register is set.
