LE Clear Filter Accept List.

The description below is extracted from Core_v6.0, Vol 4, Part E, Section 7.8.15

The HCI_LE_Clear_Filter_Accept_List command is used to clear the Filter Accept List stored in the Controller.

This command shall not be used when:

• any advertising filter policy uses the Filter Accept List and advertising is enabled, • the scanning filter policy uses the Filter Accept List and scanning is enabled, or • the initiator filter policy uses the Filter Accept List and an HCI_LE_Create_Connection or HCI_LE_Extended_Create_Connection command is pending.

Event(s) generated (unless masked away): When the HCI_LE_Clear_Filter_Accept_List command has completed, an HCI_Command_Complete event shall be generated.
