Read Local Supported Features.

The description below is extracted from Core_v6.0, Vol 4, Part E, Section 7.4.3

This command requests a list of the supported features for the local BR/EDR Controller. This command will return a list of the LMP features. For details see [Vol 2] Part C, Section 3.2.

Event(s) generated (unless masked away): When the HCI_Read_Local_Supported_Features command has completed, an HCI_Command_Complete event shall be generated.
