This event indicates that the device must disconnect from the LTE network. The link must be offline until a subsequent LWM2M_CARRIER_EVENT_LTE_LINK_UP event.

This event is triggered:

• During a bootstrap process before writing keys.
• During a firmware update before clearing flash and in case of LWM2M_CARRIER_VERIZON before changing preferred bearer.
• When the application calls lwm2m_carrier_request() with LWM2M_CARRIER_REQUEST_LINK_DOWN.
