Running Speed and Cadence Service (RSCS)
This library implements the Running Speed and Cadence Service with the corresponding set of characteristics defined in the Running Speed and Cadence Service Specification.
The RSCS is used in the Bluetooth: Peripheral Running Speed and Cadence Service (RSCS) sample.
